Outdoor
Teams Course I & II
Teams Courses I & II are an adventurous experience outdoors where groups work together as a team to overcome challenges with the guidance of certified facilitators.
Teams Courses I & II are shared experiences among individuals within a group setting. It is an exciting sequence of outdoor initiatives that increases participants self confidence, their ability to work cooperatively with others, and enhances their understanding of members of their group. Students are provided with an opportunity to step out of their comfort zone and take controlled risks which, in turn, intensifies their adventure and experience on the course.

   Gear Up Teams Courses
are a series of experiential learning initiatives. Similar to an obstacle course, the courses are designed to build trust, cooperation and to improve the participants ability to work together as a team. The group shares ideas and thoughts that strengthen teamwork and cooperation.
